With over 20 years of experience guiding high-growth startups, public companies, and iconic tech brands through complex transactions and launching innovative products, Claire is known as a strategic leader with expertise in helping AI, video game, media, and growth-stage companies scale through commercialization, governance, operations, talent, and transformational growth.

Claire served as CLO, COO, GM of Licensing & Board Member at Groq. She has also served as General Counsel and Head of People & Business Affairs at Genies and as Chief Legal Officer and SVP at Blizzard Entertainment. Earlier, she spent a decade at Google where she scaled legal teams for YouTube and Google Play, spearheaded global licensing and regulatory strategy, and built new revenue models to transform YouTube and Google Play into global platforms. Claire began her career as a litigator, counseling media companies and startups.
