Annie Kahlid

Annie’s expansive experience at large, mid-size and startup tech companies spans across a diverse range of industries, including cybersecurity, consumer electronics, fintech, social broadcasting/media, and HR tech.  Annie served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Glassdoor, where she led all legal functions. Prior to joining Glassdoor, Annie held senior legal department positions at Caffeine, Intuit, Apple, and Symantec.  She also previously worked as a DC-based litigator at Arnold & Porter.

Annie provides strategic advice to emerging AI and legal tech companies and maintains a strong commitment to community service, particularly in advancing equity and inclusion, youth online safety, and other community initiatives by serving on a number of related boards.  She is an active member of the General Counsel community and legal ecosystem, including the Women’s General Counsel Network and the Bay Area Asian American General Counsel Network.
